Thank you for your reply, Oh I am very lucky to have you on my side!!! I want to tell you that within the next year we are planning on selling our Main Ave Passaic Park location; 2 retail/officespaces on first floor, 2 5 room apts. on top floor, fenced in back yard with huge patio, all completely renovated over the past 4 years-just completing last apt as we speak - and of course we would like you to represent us on it. It is a very big Jewish community and I always have people from community asking to buy it or represent it but I would think of no one but you to handle it. We will talk as soon as Steve and I help our daughter and son in law fine a home.
